Private lessons are 1-on-1 sessions with the owner, trainer, and the dog. It is important with all training that the owner is involved. During private lessons the trainer will be teaching the owner how to train their dog. The trainer teaches the skills and give the tools to create new behaviors and it is the owners requirement to put in the work/repetitions. If you do not practice, it does not work.

During private training lessons, we focus on obedience basics and creating structure for your dog in and outside your home.  Leash skills are one of the first things we fix so you and your dog can move forward together as a team.

Stable Canine Training immersion programs are for any dog. Whether you need a kick start in training or your dog has bigger behavioral issues that require a more intensive program, Stable Canine will find the right fit for your dog. The immersion program sets a strong foundation for your dog and it is up to YOU to maintain it.

During an immersion program, your dog will dive right into training while living with the trainer full time. Days at Stable Canine vary depending on the dog, where they're at in their training, and what they need. Stable Canine will address behavioral issues, teach leash skills, and create an obedience foundation. Your dog’s day will be structured and focus on creating stability in their decision making. Your dog will learn various life skills in a home and in public. Your dog will go on walks, park visits, and field trips during the duration of their stay.

Throughout the immersion program you will be updated with photos/ videos to watch to keep you engaged and learning with your dog throughout the process. All immersion program dog owners are required to participate in lessons to transfer tools and to learn how to command your dog. The trainer will teach you when to guide, correct, and reward your dog all at the right times for continued success.

Prerequisites- 6+ months old, crate trained/ potty trained, must be comfortable with training tools

Packages - training supplies and equipment not included

        4 Week*- 4 weeks of board and train stay, 4 private lessons, on leash

        6 Week*- 6 weeks of board and train stay, 5 private lessons, off leash tbd

*Amount of weeks depend on the trainers evaluation of the dog and the behavioral issues.
